Mr. IFs
Today, 05th February 2011:
This would probably My First Entry, and I have chosen it to share more about myself and the reason behind the creation of this Diary.
8 Years ago exactly in 2003, I was asked to join a company which is in dire financial situation, the management was split and the company has no cash flow to run a healthy day to day operations.
Today, the company has grown more than 10 times the size in sales and in its asset over the past 8 years and has a very healthy cash flow and in its course of expanding rapidly with offices and business associates in many countries in the world.
Looking Back the past 8 years, there are many things that I have gone through, the success, failures and the challenges that I have faced. Back then, with all the uncertainties and the fear that I face, how I wish, there are real people who are willing to share without any ulterior motives their REAL life experiences so that I have a better chance of surviving those challenges.
Right Now looking at the Present times, How I wish that I have kept records of what I have face and what I do to stand up to the challenges and the outcomes of each and every action that I took and the results of that actions.
I could have been better in my decision if I have kept records of past challenges. Now that I sits on board many fast growing and successful companies, I am sure there are bigger challenges ahead which is the main reasons for me to start this Blog as My Diary to keep records of my challenges and how I deal with it complete with the results that was derived from the actions that I took.
What’s with the name MR. IFs ?
Since I am going to really run this Blog as my Personal Journal and I am willing to share it for your success. I will not be holding back any intimate details of the challenges and the course of action I took, it is imperatively important that names shall be mentioned as anonymous including mine.
You will be able to follow the ideas and implementation of management principles to the details across different management aspects of companies from Managing Finances, Assets, Human Resources and others.
You will also get to know the results of the implementation as I will be posting updates on things that I have implemented, including the failures and what could have been done better.
Why the name Mr. IFs?
IF represent possibility, Mr. IFs represent someone who believes in multitude of possibilities in Life. This believe in itself has catapult the way of my management thinking and how I reshaped the marketing forces behind our company impressive growth. Possibilities carries tons of risk on its baggage, however without possibilities, we do not have hopes.
With that name, I represent to you the possibilities of looking at life and the challenges it post from a different point of views. Sometimes the impossible becomes possible by the way we see things in life.
