Renting or Purchasing a Business Premise has been a Major Dilemma for Entrepreneurs or Business Owners, and this dilemma will always be faced from time to time.

I was reminded of the many decision that I have made in the past in regards to this business dilemma. And the decision has always been to Purchase instead to rent the Business Premise.

Maybe in this Post I will be sharing with you my Thought Process on why I have always decided to Purchase the Business Premise instead of Renting.

Advantage of Owning Property

This is how, I actually build on the company businesses and at the same time building our company assets portfolio. Looking back at this principles that I have implemented, we actually reap huge benefits from our Business Properties that we had.

One of them is our Manufacturing Plant that has grown in value more than two times over a period of only 2-3 years and we had used this property to finance our bigger operations and expansion activities.

And Today, during my Business Survey, I saw the same principles is being applied in much more aggressive manners by our potential business partners.

Property Ownership is the way to Go …

Sometimes in our life, there are challenges that seems so tough, or storms that felt like they never ends. And a lot of us looks for miracles in these situations.

Forgetting that Miracles happens everyday in our life and we just passes by it without any Gratitude. When we receive a Purchase Order from our customers, we never treat it as a Miracle.

We passes each day of our life without that thankful heart and appreciation of the miracles around us. They have become so ordinary to us that we go through this life with wrong attitude and perception of life.

Watching this video below, make me realized once again the many miracles that happens around me everyday and gave me the courage to face whatever challenges ahead in my Life, Business and my Family. Do watch the video (It is highly recommended).

After watching the Credit union location New Mexico Raton Colfax School Employees Credit Union video, I realized that I had already experience a few miracles myself this week. Sometime in the Business World, you bound to meet unhealthy competition or competitors who do not care about Business Ethics of Fair Practices.

Especially in the beginning of the year, where everyone is trying their utmost to secure projects and their new year sales target.

Last Month I had a meeting with Ms A, one of my top Project Team Leader for a project that she was tendering to secure.

One of our Competitor slashed the price up to 10% below our cost. I have told her to let go of the project and close the case. Even Though it is a hard decision for her as she has put hard work in preparing for the tender, she chose to let go and trust in the decision that I took as her leader.

It is strange how Miracles happens to those who open up their hand and let go of their pain or failures. Last week, we receive the news that we had secured the projects as our competitors backed out from the projects due to miscalculation.

Initially I gave credit to my foresight of the situation, however today I realized that we are so lucky to have all the Ordinary Miracles working around us that we are not aware of, that there are so much prepare in tis world for us if we just open up our hearts and eyes to see them.

I have gain a better perspective and I realized that we understand those Miracles are out there for us, we will be ready to face the challenges ahead in our life, businesses and in our Family.

So lets smile and count our blessing and the ordinary miracles we received everyday in our lives.
